Provides up to four application-defined values to be used in the Application Summary report’s "Customer Specified Sum" metrics. In addition to the Tokens used for every event, this event has the following tokens:

The Nuance Application Reporting tool's Application Summary report presents metrics for a set of calls. Within that set, it totals the values of each of the metrics and reports those totals.
