If using the Management Station, set on the Speech Server service. If not using Management Station, set in an NSS configuration file (user-NSSxx.txt). |

Often used at Speech Server startup. Useful in large hosting environments. |
Some information still goes in the general diagnostic log file. Company logging is only relevant during sessions and a lot happens outside sessions (startup, licensing, and so on).
